About Remnant House Living: The Journey
The Remnant House makes a positive difference in the lives of women by destroying the yoke of physical and mental abuse, poverty, and addiction. We help our clients look to the future with positive ambitions. We provide a safe haven for recovery, as well as the tools and knowledge to help women rebuild the foundation of their lives -- for they are God's remnant people.
And the remnant that is escaped of the house of Judah shall yet again take root downward, and bear fruit upward. 2 Kings 19:30
Our goal is to address the needs of thousands of homeless women in our community and eventually throughout the world by providing a safe haven and tearing down of strongholds.
We provide volunteers experienced in education, housing, life skills, and employment and career training, as well as medical professionals to assist those struggling with the crises of being displaced from family and loved ones.
"And I gather together the remnant of my flock from wherever I have sent them and bring them into their own fold. They shall be fruitful and increase. And I will appoint responsible shepherds to care for them, and they shall not be afraid again. All of them shall be accounted for continually."
